No l can't just yet as l have followed this parking lot idea since it was mentioned back in 2010. This, and the casino deal (amongst other things), should have been discussed with the people. I get to drive by this site every day, and l do not like seeing Rama's natural areas destroyed with a cover of concrete/pavement.
And we really do not know what else was part of the casino deal. Remember, this deal was actually hammered out by and signed sometime in late summer/early fall 2009. We were told certain things about the deal which actually are not true, such as the deal protecting the December distribution, and guaranteeing Rama $ 30 M annually and supporting the new training centre (which was never meant for Rama people, it was for casino staff training) which is not happening.
It will be interesting to understand the deal in plain English, but l dont think the current C&C will ever let that happen as they keep our information too close to their chests.
