Innovative approach produces results

  1. The Block system seems to be working for that community. The results seem positive...good work!

    Yet, as a creative type..I have some concern...

    As an instructor myself AND a lifelong student...I can tell you there's no way I could concentrate on math that many hours a day. My mind would wander and I would grasp far less. But a full day of music or art? Count me in...BUT again, as the article says "physical education or music are not suitable for such intensive blocks." While I agree one can't do GYM for 5 hours...I can totally handle arts/music all day. So I would recommend in addition to Block system..a more tailored course selection geared toward an individuals strengths and interests. That approach can prevent the potential artists and creative folks from being left behind.
