Yes they do update the Community on the budgets and spending. They use complicated terminology to confuse everyone, and don't give the entire explanation as to what exactly the money is being spent on. They also dont consult with the Community to get their imput. They conduct themselves like a white government, making decisions, and citing that "they are voted in to make the decisions".....nonsense! The past C&C used to ask for Community imput to ensure that the right decision is made. Now they leave the research up to people like Rick Morano to advise them. Bah! what does he know about native ways?!
