    its about time get with the program only some ppl are getting everything while the rest struggle to survive the ppl who have theese big paying jobs should be avaliable when called upon during business hours

    I understand where people are coming from but seriously, "non natives run this place". If everyone has such a problem with that then get some education and take the job yourselves. I hear complaints but see no one willing to compete. Until we stand up and take the jobs back then it's going to be the same. Not much to choose from to hire in a community where barely anyone finishes their grade 12. lol

    I think the members just expect what has been said now in past elections by your Chief and some of the people now at the table and and the past. When it comes to job shadowing and training for the members. Its got nothing to do with people not being educated .We live on a First Nation we came and all ways have taken care of our selves . We can choose our own direction and future.

    This cheif promised job shadowing and training 12 years ago and got in, she has provided jack shit in this area. So you say get an education and take charge of the jobs you want!...get real, things under her power don't happen that way. The people have to take charge and make that change. Who ever you are saying this, you should think about how stupid you sound with that kind of remark because I am quite sure that you do not know how this cheif opperates when it comes to jobs, let alone job shadowing.

    i grew up in rama and the ppl i grew up with sit at home wondering wheres all these jobs as ppl we never heard of run our rez and tell us how to live cut your pay in half your still getting more than you deserve my opinion
