Harper's Bill C- 428

After  today i must say where have the leader's been? We have known about Harper's Bill C- 428  and at the last hour we here from the Chief's well some of them. I emailed your chief weeks ago and no response's actually i emailed C&C but i guess emails go right to her which is bullshit . I guess the Chief will share info when she wants. When  the hell are people going to speak up . Its the council's job to tell the Chief what the members  want not for her too be the boss. And her way or no way are things going to chance in the next term well find you voice.
